Dr. Lindsey Mathews
Dr. Lindsey Mathews, DC, got her start traveling the world with professional athletes and stunt actors in action movies, helping their bodies perform and recover from demanding work. She left that world to pursue her true calling—BIRTHFIT.
Dr. Mathews loves more than anything to empower women. She offers a unique approach to chiropractic treatment. She has been specializing in prenatal and postpartum care for a better part of a decade. Dr. Mathews is skilled in muscle work, specific adjustments, taping specifically for pregnancy and postpartum, and beyond knowledgeable in therapeutic exercises to enhance performance and recovery. Dr. Mathews believes in the power of the body and movement.
Lisel loves helping people make goals and attain them. Lisel chose the field of chiropractic because she was inspired by the body’s self-healing power. As a former collegiate athlete, she understands the physical demands on the body and the connectedness between daily habits, energy level, and overall wellbeing. Lisel is also a trained doula and mobility and rehab coach.
